Chef Fritz Blank Culinary Archive and Library Endowment

The Chef Fritz Blank Culinary Archive and Library Endowment was established to support the Chef Fritz Blank Culinary Archive and Library at the University of Pennsylvania Libraries.

Proceeds from this endowment, established in honor of Chef Fritz Blank, will go to support a range of activities relating to his Collection. These activities include processing and cataloging, conservation and preservation, exhibitions and events, and new acquisitions.
