Quarto, 20 ff., collation: i16, ii4, last two folios apparently later flyleaves { paper has chainlines, but no watermark. Current flyleaves added with modern binding, contemporary foliation in ink on lower left corner of each recto, 1 column, approximately 28 lines, ruled in blind, written in brown ink in a Tudor secretary hand by a single scribe, on rag paper with no chain lines or watermarks, 6 tables, modern antique-style calf binding (originally stab-sewn), 197 x 150 (170 x 112) mm.

Incipit: Now to be noted it is principally that these names have judiciall signification`/`and blowinge of winde. Colophon, f. 18v: Explicit finis.
